Week 32: March 28 - April 1

Dear Wynn Families,

Please see what is happening this week below:

  • SBAC assessments for 5th-grade are here!  Fifth-grade students will begin testing on Tuesday and Wednesday, and all 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders will test the week of April 4th!  It is imperative that students show up to school well-rested and ready to try their best.  See the schedule below.

    • 5th Grade: 

      • Science - March 29th and March 30th

      • Math - April 4th and April 5th

      • Reading - April 6th and April 7th

    • 3rd and 4th Grade:

      • Math - April 4th and April 5th

      • Reading - April 6th and April 7th

  • Wynn ES is selling field day shirts for students.  Use the link below to view the shirt and order form.  You may send money with your students to give to the teacher or buy a shirt in the main office.  Families have until April 6th to buy a shirt.  We have adult sizes too!

  • There will be a virtual School Organization Team Meeting on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at 4:30 PM.  See the agenda and Google meet link below.

  • If your student is not feeling well or has any symptoms of COVID-19 listed below, has been exposed to someone with COVID-19, or tested positive with COVID-19 (provide a copy of test results to the health office), they must stay home from school. Notify the School Nurse if any of these occur: cough, chills, sore throat, muscle pain, fever 100° or higher, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, new loss of taste or smell, congestion, fatigue, headache, runny nose, nausea/vomiting, or diarrhea.

  • ¡Ya están aquí las evaluaciones SBAC para quinto grado! ¡Los estudiantes de quinto grado comenzarán a tomar las pruebas el martes y miércoles, y todos los estudiantes de 3.°, 4.° y 5.° grado tomarán las pruebas la semana del 4 de abril!   • Wynn ES está vendiendo camisetas de día de campo para estudiantes. Use el enlace a continuación para ver la camisa y el formulario de pedido. Puede enviar dinero con sus alumnos para dárselo al maestro o comprar una camiseta en la oficina principal. Las familias tienen hasta el 6 de abril para comprar una camiseta. ¡También tenemos tallas para adultos!

  • Habrá una reunión virtual del Equipo de Organización Escolar el miércoles 30 de marzo de 2022 a las 4:30 p.m. Vea la agenda y el enlace de la reunión de Google a continuación.

  • Si su estudiante no se siente bien o tiene alguno de los síntomas de COVID-19 que se enumeran a continuación, ha estado expuesto a alguien con COVID-19 o dio positivo con COVID-19 (proporcione una copia de los resultados de la prueba a la oficina de salud), debe quédese en casa y no vaya a la escuela.
