Week 38: May 6 - 10

Dear Wynn Families,


Please review the information below for important updates.

 

  • On Monday, May 6th and Wednesday, May 8th, students in all grades will be taking the MAP assessment.  This allows us to determine their growth and areas in which they need support for math and reading.  Please ensure your child comes to school on those days and is on time.

  • It is time to register your child for the next school year.  Use the link below to access the information you need for registration, including the link for the online registration.

  • If you need assistance with registration, we will have Family Engagement on campus to help on May 7th from 7:30-10:30 AM.  See the link below for the flyer.

  • There will be a Food Pantry at Wynn ES in the front of the school on Wednesday, May 8th at 9:15 AM

  • There will be an SOT meeting on Wednesday, May 8th via Google Meet at 4:30 PM.  Use the links below for the agenda and meeting link.

  • Families who registered for summer school will receive an informational letter on Friday, May 10th.

  • We will have a book fair in the Wynn ES library from April 29th - May 9th.  If you wish to take your child after school, you must report to the main office first.  The book fair is open until 3:45 PM

  • Mark your calendars for the following upcoming dates:

    • May 6th - May 9th:  Book Fair in Wynn ES Library

    • May 6th - May 8th:  MAP Assessment for all grades

    • May 7th:  Registration Help from Family Engagement; Flyer distributed

    • May 8th:  Food Pantry, Wynn ES

    • May 10th:  Summer school letter sent home to enrolled families

    • May 17th:  Field Day for Students Only

    • May 20th:  Last Day of School, Half Day, School ends at 12:00 PM

Por favor revise la siguiente información para actualizaciones importantes.


  • El lunes 6 y miércoles 8 de mayo, los estudiantes de todos los grados tomarán la evaluación MAP. Esto nos permite determinar su crecimiento y las áreas en las que necesitan apoyo para matemáticas y lectura. Asegúrese de que su hijo llegue a la escuela esos días y llegue a tiempo.
